Call for Papers - Research Demo Session (RDS)
The IEEE International Symposium on Smart Electronic Systems (IEEE iSES 2025)
invites authors to submit proposals to the Research Demo Session
(RDS). This session provides a platform for researchers to showcase live
demonstrations and hardware prototypes of their papers and projects in the following domains:
- Nanoelectronic, VLSI and Sensor Systems (NVS)
- Energy-Efficient, Reliable VLSI Systems (ERS)
- Hardware/Software for the Internet of smart Things and Healthcare (IoTH)
- Hardware for Secure Information Processing (SIP)
- Hardware/Software Solutions for AI & Big Data (SAB)
- Cyber Physical Systems and Social Networks (CSN)
The goal of the RDS is to foster interaction and discussion through hands-on presentations that
bring research to life. Unlike traditional oral or poster presentations, this session focuses on
live demos.
Submission Guidelines:
Authors must submit a short paper (2–4 pages) in IEEE double-column conference format including:
- Title, Authors, and Affiliations
- Abstract
- Introduction and Motivation
- Proposed Design (including experimental results)
- Conclusions and References
- First author must be a student.

Additional Information:
- A Best Research Demo award will be presented during the conference
banquet.
- Student first authors selected for the demo session will be eligible for travel grants.
- We encourage submissions from both academia and industry that highlight innovative
